Enjoying the Fruits

Or, maybe vegetables?

Today I had my annual BLT fest with hydroponic lettuce from Farmer's Market and Struan bread also from the market and my own main crop Ace 55 tomatoes. And, I had my first roast eggplant and made spanish rice from the Roma tomatoes. All other meals also include cherry tomatoes, a huge bounty from the single gum drop plant. 

 

 

 

 

 

I lost track of varieties - I think all but one are Little Prince

I brushed both sides with olive oil 
mixed with garlic and cumin
Roasted for 30 minutes, turned once
